2022 Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Training Program

The Montana Board of Crime Control (MBCC) is soliciting proposals to implement Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) Training Programs in Montana. The application process is non-competitive. Approximately $225,000 in State funding will be available during a one-year project period, depending upon Legislative allocations. Additional State funds may become available for future projects.

Project periods may not start earlier than 06/01/2022 – Project period end dates must be based upon a 12-month project period.

Eligible applicants are limited to local governments, tribal governments, non-profit law enforcement organizations, and non-profit organizations. Awards to local governments, tribal governments and non-profit law enforcement organizations will be made in the form of grants. Awards to non-profit organizations will be made in the form of contracts.
